Company Information:
Company Name: AL WASI LLC
Mailing Address: 33b Suraj Pole, Pali, Rajasthan 306401, India
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use MeowMD, why we collect it, how we use it, when we may share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to the MeowMD mobile application, website, account services, customer support, payment-related services, and all other features and services made available by us.
Some MeowMD features require you to provide information about yourself and your cat. This may include your name, email address, mobile number, cat profile information, health quiz answers, photographs, chat messages, training activity, reminders, tracker records, optional medical documents, and optional recordings of your cat’s sounds. We may also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the app.
Certain MeowMD features use artificial intelligence. When you use these features, relevant information, text, photographs, or other content may be securely sent to our AI service provider so that the requested response, report, recommendation, or analysis can be generated for you. MeowMD does not use customer information to train its own AI models, and we do not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks.
MeowMD’s health-related features are provided only for education, awareness, and early monitoring. They are intended to help users recognise possible concerns and decide when veterinary attention may be needed. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness and do not replace advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed veterinarian. Where information submitted by a user appears consistent with a potentially serious concern, MeowMD may display a “Go to Vet” message directing the user to seek professional veterinary care.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using MeowMD. By creating an account or continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we collect and handle information as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, you can contact us at support@meowai.health or by mail at 33b Suraj Pole, Pali, Rajasthan 306401, India.

MeowMD does not request or access your device's precise location, contacts, or Advertising ID. You may grant or withdraw any optional permission at any time through your device settings. Please note that disabling certain permissions may prevent the related features from functioning properly.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING
MeowMD uses artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic, including Claude AI models, to support features such as Health Reports, photo-based symptom checks, the Training Coach, Whiskers Chat, the Food Scanner, and MeowShop.
When you use an AI-powered feature, relevant information may be sent to Anthropic to generate the response requested by you. Depending on the feature, this may include your questions, prompts, cat profile details, health quiz answers, training information, chat messages, photographs, uploaded documents, and other content you choose to submit. We only send information that is reasonably necessary to provide the relevant feature.
AI-generated reports, scores, recommendations, responses, references, and other outputs may be stored in your MeowMD account so that you can access them later and so that we can provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
MeowMD does not use customer information to train its own artificial intelligence models. We also do not send customer information to Anthropic for advertising purposes. Anthropic processes information under the applicable service terms and data-handling arrangements governing our use of its services. Where our applicable service configuration or agreement prevents customer information from being used for model training, Anthropic will process it in accordance with those restrictions.
MeowMD’s AI features do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning users. AI-generated outputs are provided for education, awareness, assistance, and entertainment and should not be treated as veterinary diagnoses, professional advice, or guaranteed conclusions.
Where information submitted through a Health feature appears consistent with a potentially serious or urgent concern, MeowMD may generate a “Go to Vet” message directing you to contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic. This safeguard cannot identify every emergency and should not be treated as confirmation that veterinary care is or is not required.
LEGAL BASIS FOR WHICH WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Where applicable privacy laws require us to identify a lawful basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following bases:
Performance of Our Agreement: We process your information where it is necessary to create and manage your account, provide MeowMD's features and Services, process subscriptions and payments, respond to your requests, and perform our obligations under our Terms of Service.

To make such requests, please contact us at support@meowai.health. Please note, we reserve the right to reject the request if you are not entitled to the right that you request to enforce.
RESPONDING TO LEGAL REQUESTS
We may access, preserve, or disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce our Terms and Conditions, protect our rights and property, investigate fraud or security concerns, or ensure the safety of our users and the public. Any disclosure will be limited to what is legally required, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you where permitted by law before releasing your information.
CHILDREN PRIVACY
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible. Please contact us at support@meowai.health if you believe we knowingly or unknowingly collected information described in this Section.
OPTING OUT
Marketing Communications: You may opt out of promotional emails, SMS messages, or other marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the message, changing your preferences in the app Settings, or contacting us at support@meowai.health. You may still receive essential account, security, payment, support, and service-related communications.
Notifications: You may turn off reminders and push notifications through the app Settings or your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving reminders or other time-sensitive app messages.
Optional Device Permissions: You may withdraw access to optional permissions, such as the Camera or Microphone, through your device settings. Certain features may not work properly if the permission required for that feature is disabled.
Voice Clip Donations: You may choose not to donate recordings of your cat’s sounds. Where available, you may also ask us to stop using or delete a previously donated recording by contacting us at support@meowai.health, subject to any information already anonymised or incorporated into non-identifiable research or development records.
Withdrawal of Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time through the available app settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect any processing lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn, but it may affect your ability to use features that require the relevant information.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Information: MeowMD does not sell personal information or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. We therefore do not currently offer a separate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any opt-out method required by applicable law.
Global Privacy Control: Where required by applicable law and technically applicable to our Services, we will recognise valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. At present, MeowMD does not sell or share personal information for these purposes.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions set out in our Terms of Service. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with those Terms.
