These Terms shall govern your use of MeowMD mobile application, as available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (the “App”), website, and related services (together, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, "MeowMD”, "we”, "us”, and "our" refer to AL WASI LLC.
MeowMD is designed to help cat owners better understand, monitor, and care for their cats through AI-powered educational tools, including training guidance, health and wellness information, reminders, AI chat features, and product recommendations. While these tools can help you recognise potential concerns earlier and make more informed decisions, they are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If MeowMD detects information that may be consistent with a serious or emergency health issue, the app will encourage you to contact a licensed veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic immediately. The final decisions about your cat's care should always be made by you in consultation with a qualified veterinary professional.
These Terms apply to all users of MeowMD worldwide, although certain features, payment methods, or legal rights may vary depending on your country or region. Where local consumer protection laws provide you with additional rights, those rights will continue to apply.
If you do not accept these Terms in its entirety, then you may not use the App, our website, or avail any of our services.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing or downloading or using our App, or by creating an account, or by engaging with our services, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of these Terms, you hereby represent that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any future updates and additions to these Terms, as published from time to time on our App.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you are using MeowMD on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf, and references to "you" in these Terms include that person or organisation.
You must not have previously had your Account disabled for violation of law or any of our policies.
You have read, understood, and consented to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Creating and Maintaining Your Account: To use certain features of MeowMD, you must create an account using your email address or mobile number. We may verify your identity by sending a one-time password (OTP) by email or SMS. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep your account details current at all times.
Account Security and Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and verification codes secure and confidential. You must not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access it using your credentials. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify us promptly.
Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, misuse MeowMD, or engage in unlawful or harmful activities. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription or release you from any payment obligations that arose before your account was deleted.
HOW THE APP WORKS
AI-Powered Features: MeowMD uses artificial intelligence to provide educational information and personalised guidance based on the information you provide about your cat. This includes features such as the Training programme, Health Report, symptom checks, Whiskers Chat, and MeowShop recommendations.
Educational Purpose Only: MeowMD is designed to help cat owners better understand, monitor, and care for their cats. The information, reports, recommendations, and AI-generated responses provided through the app are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed veterinarian.
Health Assessments: The Health Quiz and optional photo-based symptom check analyse the information and images you provide to generate a wellness report and identify possible areas of concern. These assessments are not medical diagnoses and may not identify every health condition or accurately assess your cat's health in every situation.
Emergency Situations: If MeowMD detects information that may be consistent with a serious or emergency health issue, the app will display a "Go to Vet" recommendation encouraging you to seek immediate care from a licensed veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic. You should not delay seeking professional veterinary care because of information provided by MeowMD.
Source References: Where appropriate, AI-generated health and nutrition information includes references to the sources used to generate the response. These references are provided to help you better understand the information but do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, or suitable for your particular situation.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for the information you enter into MeowMD and for the decisions you make based on the information provided by the app. You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified veterinarian whenever you have concerns about your cat's health, behaviour, or wellbeing.
Feature Availability: We may add, remove, improve, or modify features from time to time to improve MeowMD or comply with legal, technical, or business requirements. Some features may not be available in all countries, on all devices, or under all subscription plans.
TRAINING PROGRAMME
MeowMD's Training Programme provides AI-assisted lessons, guidance, tips, and recommendations to help you better understand and improve your cat's behaviour. Every cat is unique, and results may vary depending on factors such as your cat's age, temperament, health, environment, and the consistency with which the training is followed. While the programme is designed using generally accepted training principles, we do not guarantee any particular behavioural outcome or improvement. You are responsible for following the training safely, using your own judgment, and seeking advice from a qualified veterinarian or animal behaviour professional where appropriate.
MEOWSHOP
MeowShop uses AI to help you discover cat-related products, compare options, and find deals from third-party retailers. Product recommendations are based on the information you provide and the AI's analysis, but they should not be treated as professional veterinary advice or as an endorsement of any product, brand, or seller. Prices, availability, product details, and offers may change at any time and may not always be current. Any purchase you make is directly with the relevant third-party retailer, and MeowMD is not responsible for the products, services, pricing, delivery, returns, warranties, or other actions of those third parties. You should review the retailer's own terms and policies before making a purchase.
WHISKERS CHAT
Whiskers Chat is an AI-powered feature designed to provide an interactive and engaging experience by generating responses as if your cat were communicating with you. The conversations are intended for entertainment, education, and general engagement only. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. Whiskers Chat should not be relied upon for veterinary, medical, behavioural, or other professional advice, and you should always use your own judgment and seek advice from a qualified veterinarian where appropriate.
HEALTH FEATURES AND AI SERVICES
MeowMD's Health features use artificial intelligence to analyse the information, photos, and other content you provide in order to generate wellness reports, educational insights, reminders, and general guidance about your cat's health. These features are designed to help you monitor your cat's wellbeing and identify potential concerns at an earlier stage so that you can seek appropriate veterinary care when needed. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed veterinarian. AI-generated information may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your cat's particular circumstances. You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified veterinarian before making decisions about your cat's health. If MeowMD detects information that may be consistent with a serious or emergency condition, the app will display a "Go to Vet" recommendation encouraging you to seek immediate veterinary care. All health-related AI outputs are educational in nature and, where appropriate, include references to the sources used to generate the information.
ALLOWED USES OF THE APP
Here’s what you’re allowed to do on the App:
Personal Use Only: MeowMD is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to help you better understand, monitor, and care for your own cat or cats. You may use the app only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Lawful Use: You agree to use MeowMD only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the app or the experience of other users.
Use of AI Features: You may use MeowMD's AI-powered features, including the Training programme, Health Report, Whiskers Chat, and MeowShop, solely for your own personal and informational purposes. You should exercise your own judgment and seek professional veterinary advice where appropriate.
Your Information: You may upload and manage information relating to your account and your cat, including health information, photos, reminders, and other content, provided that you have the right to submit such information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Compliance with These Terms: You agree to use MeowMD in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any instructions or guidance provided within the app.
PROHIBITED USES
Here’s what you’re not allowed to do on the App:
Unlawful Activities: You must not use MeowMD for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorised purpose, or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
False or Misleading Information: You must not provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information about yourself, your cat, or any other person, or impersonate another individual or organisation.
Interfering with the App: You must not interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or impair the operation, security, or availability of MeowMD or any servers, networks, databases, or systems used to provide the Services.
Unauthorised Access: You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of MeowMD, another user's account, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
Reverse Engineering: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, license, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying software, AI models, algorithms, or technology used in MeowMD, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Automated Access: You must not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, automated tools, or similar technologies to access, monitor, collect data from, or interact with MeowMD without our prior written permission.
Security Testing: You must not probe, scan, test, or attempt to bypass the security or authentication measures of MeowMD without our prior written permission.
Misuse of AI Features: You must not use MeowMD's AI-powered features to create, generate, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent content, or for any purpose inconsistent with the intended use of the app.
Using MeowMD to Build Competing Services: You must not use MeowMD or its AI-generated outputs to develop, train, improve, or operate any competing product, service, artificial intelligence model, or machine learning system.
Malicious Content: You must not upload, transmit, or introduce any viruses, malware, ransomware, malicious code, or other harmful material that could damage or interfere with MeowMD or the devices or systems of other users.
Infringing the Rights of Others: You must not upload, submit, or otherwise use content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, or any other legal rights.
Commercial Exploitation: You must not sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise make MeowMD or any part of its content or AI-generated outputs available to third parties without our prior written permission.
Circumventing Restrictions: You must not attempt to bypass subscription requirements, payment systems, usage limits, security features, account suspensions, or any other technical or contractual restrictions implemented by MeowMD.
Account Misuse: You must not share, transfer, sell, purchase, or otherwise allow another person to use your account unless we expressly permit it.
Excessive or Abusive Use: You must not use MeowMD in a manner that places an unreasonable or excessive burden on our systems or otherwise affects the normal operation of the Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USERS
Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide about yourself and your cat is accurate and kept up to date. MeowMD's AI-generated guidance depends on the information you provide and may be less reliable if that information is incomplete or inaccurate.
Independent Judgment: You are responsible for using your own judgment when making decisions about your cat's health, care, training, or wellbeing. You should consult a licensed veterinarian whenever professional advice or treatment is needed.
Emergency Situations: If your cat appears to be seriously ill, injured, or experiencing a medical emergency, you should seek immediate veterinary care without relying on MeowMD.
Compliance with These Terms: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MeowMD complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Protecting Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for promptly notifying us if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your Content: You may upload or submit information and content to MeowMD, including your account information, your cat's profile, photos, health records, chat messages, voice clips, and other materials ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content.
Licence to MeowMD: By uploading or submitting Your Content, you grant MeowMD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable (only as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business), and sublicensable (only to our service providers who help us operate the Services) licence to use, store, host, process, reproduce, modify (where technically necessary), display, and otherwise use Your Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, improving, and supporting the Services, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing these Terms. This licence ends when Your Content is permanently deleted from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain it or where it has been anonymised or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
Your Responsibility for Your Content: You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload or submit Your Content. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content is accurate, does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights of any person, and does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You must not upload any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms.
Voice Clip Donations: If you choose to donate recordings of your cat's voice to help improve cat-sound recognition, you grant us permission to use those recordings solely for that purpose as described in our Privacy Policy. Participation is entirely voluntary, and donated recordings will not be shared externally except with service providers assisting us in providing the Services.
Feedback: If you choose to provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or feedback about MeowMD, you agree that we may use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our Services without restriction or any obligation to compensate you.
AI-Generated Content: MeowMD's AI-generated reports, recommendations, responses, and other outputs are provided solely as part of the Services for your personal use. Subject to applicable law, you must not reproduce, publish, redistribute, sell, licence, or commercially exploit such AI-generated content without our prior written permission.
Our Intellectual Property: MeowMD, including its name, logos, trademarks, software, design, text, graphics, databases, AI features, training materials, health content, and all other content, technology, and intellectual property made available through the Services (excluding Your Content), are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Limited Licence to Use MeowMD: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access and use MeowMD solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
Reservation of Rights: Except for the limited licence expressly granted under these Terms, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to MeowMD and our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, licence, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of MeowMD or our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Subscriptions, Billing and Payments
Subscription Plans: MeowMD offers a free plan, paid Plus and Premium subscription plans, and a one-time Founding Member lifetime purchase. The features available under each plan are described within the app and may change from time to time.
Billing Methods: Depending on how you access MeowMD, payments may be processed through Stripe, the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, or another authorised payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any other charges associated with your purchase.
Recurring Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date through the same platform used to purchase it.
One-Time Purchases: The Founding Member plan is a one-time purchase that does not renew automatically and provides the benefits described in the app at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms.
Pricing and Taxes: Subscription prices, fees, and available plans are displayed before you complete your purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, platform, promotional offers, or applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable charges associated with your purchase.
Price Changes: We may change our subscription prices or introduce new charges from time to time. If you have a recurring subscription, any price change will apply only after reasonable prior notice and at the start of your next billing period, unless a different timing is required by applicable law. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal takes place.
Payment Failures: If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we may retry the payment, suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is received, or cancel your subscription where permitted by applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment provider.
Third-Party Payment Providers: Payments processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, or other authorised payment providers are also subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those providers. MeowMD does not store your full payment card details.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancelling Your Subscription: You may cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time before its next renewal date. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel it through your Apple or Google account, as applicable. If you purchased directly from MeowMD, you may cancel through the method made available within the app or your account. Unless applicable law or the relevant payment platform requires otherwise, your paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and your subscription will not renew after that date.
Account Deletion and Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your MeowMD account or the information stored in it. Similarly, deleting the app from your device or deleting your MeowMD account may not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must separately cancel the subscription through the platform used to purchase it.
No Partial-Period Refunds: Cancelling a subscription does not normally entitle you to a refund or credit for any unused part of the current billing period. This does not affect any refund right you may have under these Terms, the rules of the payment platform, or applicable consumer law.
Billing Error Refunds: If you believe that MeowMD charged you incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and provide the information reasonably needed to investigate it. For purchases made directly from MeowMD, we will provide a full refund if we confirm that the charge resulted from a billing error. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the request must be handled through, or in accordance with, the refund process of the relevant store.
Founding Member Refund: You may request a full refund of a Founding Member lifetime purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that your account is in good standing and the purchase or refund request is not fraudulent or abusive. Direct purchases will be refunded by MeowMD. Purchases made through an app store will be handled under the applicable store's refund process and remain subject to its rules and approval.
30-Day Training Guarantee: If your paid plan includes the Training Programme, you may request a full refund under the Training Guarantee if you complete the assigned training lessons but see no improvement in your cat's behaviour. Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the eligible purchase through the in-app “Training Guarantee” screen. You only need to confirm that you completed the programme and did not see an improvement. We will check your in-app usage records, including lesson completion, session activity, and any other programme requirements clearly shown within the app. We will not require photographs, videos, veterinary records, or other additional evidence from you.
Training Guarantee Eligibility: The Training Guarantee applies only where the required lessons and training activities were genuinely completed during the guarantee period. It may be claimed only once by the same user in relation to substantially the same Training Programme, unless we expressly agree otherwise. We may refuse a request where our records show that the completion requirements were not met or where we reasonably believe that the guarantee is being used fraudulently, repeatedly, or in a way that is inconsistent with its intended purpose. We will not refuse a genuine claim merely because a user's self-declared experience cannot be independently verified.
Training Guarantee and App Store Purchases: Where an eligible purchase was made directly from MeowMD, we will process an approved Training Guarantee refund. Where the purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we may provide confirmation of eligibility or assist with the request, but the refund must be processed under the relevant store's procedures and may remain subject to that store's approval.
How Refunds Are Paid: Approved refunds will normally be returned to the payment method used for the original purchase. Where the payment was processed by an app store or another payment provider, the timing and method of the refund may be controlled by that provider. Refund processing times may also depend on your bank or financial institution.
Promotions and Free Trials: Any free trial, promotional price, coupon, discount, or special offer may be subject to additional terms shown when the offer is made. Unless stated otherwise, a paid subscription will begin automatically when a free trial ends and will renew until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the first charge if you do not wish to continue after the trial.
Suspension or Termination for Breach: If we suspend or terminate your account because you seriously or repeatedly violated these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for unused access, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the rules of the payment platform.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Please contact us first if you do not recognise or disagree with a charge. If you dispute or reverse a valid payment through your bank or payment provider, we may temporarily restrict the related paid features while the matter is investigated. This does not prevent you from exercising any lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect charge.
Payment Platform Rules: Purchases made through Stripe, the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another authorised payment provider are also governed by that provider's applicable payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Where those rules or applicable law give you rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights will apply.
Mandatory Consumer Rights: Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that you have under the mandatory laws of your country or region.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, policies, security, or practices of any third-party website or service. If you choose to access a third-party link, you do so at your own risk, and you are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policies of that third party before using their services.
DISCLAIMER
Please refer to separate Disclaimer posted on our App.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to provide MeowMD or any part of the Services where the delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include internet or telecommunications outages, power failures, cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, failures or outages of our hosting or cloud infrastructure, AI providers, payment processors, app stores, domain or DNS providers, or other third-party service providers on which MeowMD depends, as well as government actions, changes in applicable laws or regulations, epidemics or pandemics, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. During any such event, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended to the extent affected, and we will use reasonable efforts to restore the Services as soon as reasonably practicable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AL WASI LLC, MeowMD, our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, AI providers, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, savings, opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to use, MeowMD or any information, AI-generated output, report, recommendation, reminder, training guidance, product recommendation, third-party product or service, or other content made available through the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are also not responsible for any injury, illness, deterioration in your cat's condition, death of a cat, property damage, veterinary expenses, financial loss, emotional distress, or any other loss or damage resulting from your reliance on the Services, delays in seeking veterinary care, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, AI errors, third-party products or services, service interruptions, technical failures, cyber incidents, unauthorised access, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to MeowMD for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Applicable Law Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where certain limitations are not permitted by law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AL WASI LLC, MeowMD, and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, AI providers, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use or misuse of MeowMD; (b) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) any information, content, images, records, voice clips, or other materials that you upload, submit, or share through the Services; (d) your infringement or violation of the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights of any person; (e) your negligence, misconduct, or fraudulent or unlawful acts; or (f) any decision or action you take based on information or AI-generated outputs provided through MeowMD. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with us in the defence of such matter.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to MeowMD or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Before starting any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice of your concern. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days after we receive your notice, either party may commence legal proceedings. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that give you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence or another competent jurisdiction, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado, United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
NOTICES
Method of Notice: Any notices, communications, or legal information required or permitted to be given under these Terms may be provided by MeowMD through the App, by email, by in- app notifications, or by posting updates within the App or on the relevant policy pages. Such notices will be deemed effective when sent, posted, or made available through the App, as applicable.
User Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your contact information, including your email address, accurate and up to date in your Account. MeowMD is not responsible for notices that fail to reach you due to outdated, incorrect, or inaccessible contact details.
Electronic Notices: You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications provided electronically by MeowMD satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Notices to MeowMD: Any notice, request, or communication intended for MeowMD must be sent in writing to the designated contact email at support@meowai.health, unless a different contact method is expressly specified for a particular purpose. Notices will be deemed received when acknowledged by MeowMD or when reasonably expected to have been received in the ordinary course of email transmission.
No Waiver by Delay: Failure or delay by MeowMD in providing or enforcing any notice does not constitute a waiver of any right, requirement, or provision under these Terms.
MISCELLANEOUS
Apple App Store: If you download or use the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and AL WASI LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranty requirements, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, or claims arising under consumer protection laws. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Google Play Store: If you download or use the App through Google Play, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and AL WASI LLC only, and not with Google LLC. Google is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Google will not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App. Google is an intended third-party beneficiary of this section of the Terms and may enforce it against you.
App Updates: We may release updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, security enhancements, or new features for the App from time to time. Such updates may be installed automatically through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device settings. Updates may modify, improve, limit, or remove certain features of the App. You acknowledge that continued use of the App may require you to install updates and maintain a compatible device and
operating system. We are not obligated to provide ongoing updates, enhancements, or support, and we do not guarantee that older versions of the App will remain functional or supported.
Beta Features: We may offer beta or experimental features from time to time, provided on an as-is basis without warranties and subject to change or removal at any time.
Operating System Variation: Available features may vary depending on your device, operating system, and country.
Export Control: The App may be subject to United States export control laws and regulations. You must not download, access, use, export, re-export, or transfer the App in violation of applicable export control or economic sanctions laws. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any country subject to U.S. government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws when using the App.
English Language: These Terms of Service are written in English and all communications, notices, and transactions with MeowMD must be in English. If we provide a translation of these Terms or any other materials, it is for convenience only, and the English version will control if there is any difference in meaning or interpretation.
Binding: These Terms of Service will be binding upon, and will benefit, both you and MeowMD, as well as each of our respective successors, permitted assigns, legal representatives, and heirs (where applicable).
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of you and our Company, and no other person or entity has any rights to enforce or rely upon any part of these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.
Headings: The section headings used in these Terms of Service are included for convenience and reference only. They do not have any legal or interpretive effect and must not be used to influence the meaning, interpretation, or construction of any clause or provision within these Terms.
Breach: If you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law, we may take appropriate action at our sole discretion, including issuing a warning, suspending, restricting, or permanently terminating your access to the App or your account, without prior notice and without liability to you. We may also remove access to certain features or restrict your ability to receive alerts or offers. Where your breach causes harm to us, other users, or third parties, we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available to us under applicable law.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will continue in full force and effect without impairment.
Waiver: If we do not immediately enforce any right or provision under these Terms, this does not mean we have waived that right. A waiver will only be valid if it is made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of MeowMD. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any part of these Terms on one occasion does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
Survival: Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should continue to apply after termination of your Account or your use of the App will survive termination. This includes, without limitation, provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and any accrued rights or obligations.
Assignment and Delegation: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from MeowMD, while MeowMD may assign or transfer these Terms or its rights and obligations to any affiliate, successor entity, or acquirer as permitted by law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with all policies incorporated by reference, constitute the full and complete agreement between you and MeowMD regarding your use of the App, and they supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
Updates to these Terms: We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, features, business practices, applicable laws, technology, or for other legitimate business reasons. If we make a material change, we will provide notice through the app, by email, or by another appropriate method before the updated Terms take effect where required by applicable law. The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the revised version. By continuing to access or use MeowMD after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services and cancel any active subscription before the changes become effective.
